Precision sample dosage. A) This plot shows the dependence of the injected volume on the opening time of the injection valve. Droplets between 4 μl and 5 μl could be created by varying the opening time from 31 ms to 40 ms. B) A plot showing the reproducibility of a series of 500 nl injections into the chamber. A coefficient of variation of 1.3% highlighted the excellent reproducibility of the injections.
