Chamber cross section. The cantilever array (6) is clamped in place using a PEEK clamp (4). An O­ring (2) and the glass cover (3) allow the creation of a sealed measurement chamber. An aluminium clamp (1) holds the glass cover in place. A piezoelectric actuator (5) is fixed underneath the body of the cantilever array. A thermocouple (7) provides feedback on the measurement chamber temperature and a peltier element (8) allows the generation of a heat pulse.
