Measurement for a small energy influx of 0,043 W/cm2 in a calibration experiment at low pressure (6.6 · 10-5 Pa) for a passive calorimetric probe. Electrons emitted from a heated tungsten wire (j = 15 kA/cm2) are accelerated to the biased probe (Vbias = 950 V) during the heating phase (for further information see [16]). Graph a shows the temperature evolution over time. b shows the relation between the temporal derivation of the temperature and the temperature for the same measurement
