Main components of the experimental setup for the TIVOLI experiment: polarized beam from the injector cyclotron, polarized deuteron target from an ABS, polarimeter and beam current sensor. Time reversal invariance will be accessed by detecting the difference in the beam lifetime between the situation a) and c) or d), depicted in Fig. 3, as schematically indicated in the inset
